Tai Chi Fan The best GIF guide for beginners

The Tai Chi Fan is a unique style of martial arts fitness.

It combines movements from Tai Chi, other martial arts, and dance. By combining Tai Chi and fan movements, it balances strength and flexibility, both defensive and offensive.
